In 10 months, successfully released the first formal revision despite project’s large scope and reduced resources due to economic downturn.

·         Led the evaluation and migration of the software product to .NET technology with COM interoperability starting July 2002. Successfully completed the project in 5 months.

·         Led the effort to implement major performance enhancements to the software product starting April 2001. In 4 months, delivered a product with significantly improved system reliability and quality. Resulted in increased product sales by about 10 times in one year.

·         Initiated a major re-engineering of the software product in December 2000. In 5 months, successfully delivered a high quality, extensible software that reduced maintenance costs by 60%.
