• In charge of the company’s intranet payroll site, used by over 4,000 employees. This web-based application is running under IIS on a Windows NT Server and using ASP, JavaScript, HTML, and Visual Basic. Maintained the on-line help files, written in HTML.
• Maintained and enhanced the database back-end (SQL Server 7.0)
ProjectLog application:
• Maintained Engineering Project List intranet application using ASP, MTS and SQL Server 7.0
Sales Forecasting Application:
• Maintained and enhanced MIDAS, the company’s sales forecasting tool, used by 400 sales persons around the world. It is written in FoxPro and uses Crystal Reports to generate printouts.

1995 - 1997: Hewlett-Packard Corporation, Cupertino CA.
Supply Chain Engineering:
• Wrote programs to extract BOMs (Bill of Materials) from PDM (Product Data Management) systems, to analyze marketing data, and to forecast sales and inventories.

1993 - 1994: Advanced Forecasting Inc.
Forecasting models:
• Wrote customized applications to forecast the semiconductor industry.
• Took part in writing/editing the monthly newsletter, press releases, and publications in industry journals.

• Wrote a reporting tool in VB for generating printouts of various rankings of schools and districts throughout California.

Finance Department applications:
• Wrote customized applications to create sales-commission reports, sales projections and automatic chart generation.

DSP Software Applications:
• In charge of the DFPS, a software simulation package written in C and running under DOS, VMS, and Ultrix. Wrote the user manual using LaTeX.
• Wrote the DBGD, a debug program for a PC board written in C, including the user manual.

1982 - 1983: Fairchild R & D, Palo Alto CA.
Member of Research Staff, Silicon Compiler Group.

1977 - 1982: Intel Corp.
Research Associate:
• Represented Intel at SSP (Silicon Structures Project) at the Computer Science Dept. at Caltech. Wrote recommendations for adopting SSP tools at Intel.
Coordinator:
• Represented all the projects that originated in Israel at Intel headquarters in Santa Clara. Wrote minutes of meetings and progress reports.
Design Engineer:
• Designed the 8291A (GPIB talker/listener) chip. Wrote the PRD (Product Requirements Document) and T. Spec (target Specifications).
• Helped in the development of InTex, a generic program for functional testing, and used it to verify the 8291A.

1975-1977: Digitronics Israel Ltd.
Design Engineer:
• Designed a Universal PROM Programmer using discrete TTL logic. Wrote the User Manual.
