Yitzchak (Itzak) Ehrlich bio  resume
Itzak offers over two decades of experience in software development and architecture. He is an expert software developer and architect with hands-on, in-depth experience in the latest software technologies. His academic degrees include a BSEE, MSEE-Computers, an MBA and Masters in Counseling Psychology. Itzak holds several premier Microsoft and Sun Certifications -- including MCSD, MCAD, MCDBA, MCSE, SCJP, SCJD and SCWCD. He architects and develops software, along with coaching and mentoring others in software development. Throughout his career, at Hewlett Packard and Dynamic Ventures, Itzak and his teams have consistently developed many successful software products that have been released to market. Itzak holds several patents utilized by today's leading software products.
 
Robert C. Hutchinson resume
Robert has over twenty years experience managing software development projects in medium and large organizations. Prior to joining Dynamic Ventures, Bob had a successful sixteen-year career in R&D at Hewlett Packard as a product architect, developing; network management and system security software, cable modems, set top boxes and Intel servers. Project responsibilities included: product line architecture, division-wide cost-reduction and technical initiatives, plus hardware and software project leadership.
 
Lynn Rosener  
Lynn has over 20 years of leadership experience in the software-usability and human-factors field. During those years, she was responsible for the design and usability of major commercial software products and web applications for Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer, The Learning Company and Leap Frog Toys. Lynn is working closely with our software development teams to help capture and understand the needs of our clients, and to insure that our software products are easy to learn and use. Lynn holds a BA and MA from Stanford University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
 
Jeff Wildfogel
Jeff has been a Consulting Professor of Psychology at Stanford University for 22 years, where he earned his doctorate in psychology, pioneered a study in peak performance, and explored the differences between people who perform well under pressure and people who don't. He currently teaches "The Psychology of Peak Performance", a class aired through the Stanford Center for Professional Development to over 200 companies, as well as several other courses on peak performance including "The Art of Coaching in Business" and "Creating Breakthroughs". Jeff works with Dynamic Ventures to insure that the team maintains its performance at an optimal level. He speaks with team members and clients to improve their communication, work through breakdowns, and stay focused and excel on the tasks that bring success to the project and our clients. He helps us live our values and maintain a fun and enjoyable working environment that leads to both short-term and long-term productivity.
